WIN! The chance to fly to Italy and design your team's strip

REGULAR readers of fresh will know that we are always on the look-out for great competitions that challenge our readers to come up with inspiring ideas – and this one really fits the bill.
fresh and The Co-operative Insurance have teamed up with sportswear manufacturer Errea to offer school pupils in Scotland the chance to test their design skills and win a set of football kits for their school team. We want YOU to design a strip your teammates would be proud to wear.
When we choose the winner, we will be looking for attention to detail, presentation, style and originality. But here’s the best part: the prize. The winner will fly with a parent or guardian to the Errea factory in northern Italy to see their design turned into a production pattern by an Errea designer, who will then use this to produce a full set of junior kits for the school team.
The prize also includes a tour of the factory so the young designer can get an insight into the whole sportswear production process.
So, how can you win? It’s simple, really: just unleash your inner fashion designer, and sketch your own design in the template opposite. We recommend you either scan or photocopy the page so you can have a few goes at getting your kit just right.
Once you have finished, send your entry to Sunday Herald Marketing, The Co-operative Insurance Kit Competition, 200 Renfield Street, Glasgow, G2 3QB. Alternatively, you can scan your entry and email it to marketing@sundayherald.com, with “Design a kit” in the subject line. The closing date for entries is November 12.
